SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

All US packages are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise requested) via First Class or Priority, depending on weight and timing needed. A notice with a tracking number will be emailed after the shipping label has been created. USPS offers free insurance up to $50. Additional insurance is available upon request and cost is the responsibility of the buyer. 

7% Ohio sales tax will be added to orders shipping within the state of Ohio.

INTERNATIONAL (orders shipped outside the US)

All customs forms are marked as "Merchandise" with the actual retail value displayed. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Most packages shipped outside of the US will arrive in 6-10 business days. However, if a package is held up in customs, it may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 6-10 business days, please contact your local Post Office or local Customs office to inquire about the status of your package.


CUSTOMER SERVICE

I generally work normal business hours Monday through Friday. I am but one person and have found it important to give myself the weekends to be a wife & mom, hang with my family and friends, and preserve my sanity. 

Emails to Jessica@Paper-Acorn.com are the best way to communicate with me, and I typically answer them within 24 hours on my work days. (Closed on Sundays.)

CUSTOM ORDERS

Most custom work requires a production time of about 2 calendar weeks (10 business days). Some larger orders may require more time.


RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are defined as custom orders to be created and shipped in less than 2 calendar weeks (10 business days). 

Rush orders do not qualify for bulk discounts. Rush orders cannot be completed for orders that are to ship outside of the US. Customer is responsible for shipping cost, including Express or Overnight if needed.

Rush Fee Timetable:

10+ days - no fee

7 days - 20%

5 days - 25%

3 days or less - 35%


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Non-personalized items can be refunded if returned in original condition within 30 days of receiving. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Other situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
